1. Who we are

Closos is operated by EthicalBrain Technologies ( hello@closos.com), located at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide the Autonomous Revenue Operator — a workspace that drafts, executes, and receipts revenue actions on your behalf. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use closos.com and the Closos application, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, work email, organization, role.
• Content you connect: messages, calendar events, CRM records, and files that you or your admins authorize Closos to read via connected integrations.
• Product usage: pages visited, actions taken, feature flags, and anonymized error traces.
• Receipts & audit: every action Closos takes on your behalf is stored with the inputs, model, policy applied, and outcome.

3. How we use it

To deliver the product, generate the plays and drafts you asked for, enforce your autonomy policy, secure the service, and satisfy legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use customer content to train third-party foundation models.

4. Legal basis (EEA/UK)

We rely on the contract with your organization, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and your consent for optional analytics and cookies.

5. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors that host and operate Closos (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, error tracking, LLM inference). A current subprocessor list is available on request from privacy@closos.com.

6. Retention

Operational data is retained while your workspace is active. Receipts and audit logs follow the retention windows configured by your admin (defaults visible in Settings → Privacy). Deleted workspaces are purged within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time from Settings → Privacy inside the app, or by writing to privacy@closos.com. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped by workspace and role, and every autonomous action is signed and receipted for audit.

9. International transfers

Closos operates on globally distributed infrastructure. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our subprocessors.

10. Children

Closos is a business product and is not directed to individuals under 16.

11. Changes

We will post material changes to this policy on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the product.
