Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Closos (the "Service"). The Service is provided by EthicalBrain Technologies ("we", "us"), located at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

2. The Service

Closos is the Autonomous Revenue Operator: it drafts, executes, and receipts revenue actions strictly inside the autonomy policy your admins configure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you connect and for reviewing outputs before customer impact where your policy requires it.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other customers.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Closos to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, exfiltrate data you don't own, or attack the Service. Don't reverse engineer the Service or resell it without our written consent.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you or your organization provide. You grant Closos a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains handling in detail.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for taxes.

7. Service changes

We ship continuously. We may add, change, or discontinue features. If a material change reduces core functionality on a paid plan, we will notify affected customers.

8. Termination

You can cancel at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms. On termination, workspaces enter a 30-day deletion window; you can export your data during that window.

9. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Closos makes no warranty that it will be error-free or that any specific outcome will be achieved. You are responsible for decisions you take based on Closos output.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closos's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and where applicable the DIFC regulations, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

12. Changes

We will post updates to this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
